Cancellation And Refund Policy.

Local Trek ( 1,2,3, Day ) 

1.   A 100% refund will be issued on More than eight (8) days prior to the event Date.
2.   A 50% refund will be issued on between seven (7) to four(4) days prior to the event Date.
3.  A 25% refund will be issued on between three (2) to two(2) days prior to the event Date.
4. No refund will be issued on Less than one (1) day prior to the event Date
5. If you must cancel your booking, please submit a written notice to our email, MSG, or Call listed on the event notice. If we receive a cancellation request, we will Acknowledge and process the Above cancellation Policy.
6.  Above refund policy will be applicable on only the full Amount of the event, Not on the Advance Amount.
7.  If you miss your connection with your events due to the delay bus, train's or any other reason. No refund will be issued.
8. The refund gets processed between three 3 days after the  event date.

Tours ( 2,3,4 Day )

1.  Advance Amount will not refund if any cancellation between booking date to event date. 
2. A 100% refund will be issued on More than Thirty (30) days prior to the event Date.
3.  A 50% refund will be issued between Thirty (30) to fifteen (15) days prior to the event Date.
4.  A 25% refund will be issued in between Fifteen (15) to Saven(7) days prior to the event Date.
5. No refund will be issued on Less than Seven (7) days prior to the event Date.
6.  Above refund policy will be applicable on only the full Amount of the event, Not on the Advance Amount.
7. If you Cancel your booking once the confirmation. Seat Fare amount will be deducted from refund amount 
8. Ex. But, train etc.

Tours ( 5,6,7,8,9,10+ Day )

1. Advance Amount will not refund if any cancellation between booking date to event date. 
2. A 100% refund will be issued on More than forty five (45) days prior to the event Date.
3.  A 50% refund will be issued on more than Thirty (30) days prior to the event Date.
4.  A 25% refund will be issued on More than twenty (20) days prior to the event Date.
5.  No refund will be issued on Less than twenty (20) days prior to the event Date.
6.  Above refund policy will be applicable on only the full Amount of the event, Not on the Advance Amount.
7.  If you Cancel your booking once the confirmation. Seat Fare amount will be deducted from refund amount
